Sort of. I took a picture of Vib Ribbon and made some of the outline green and then got a nautical star and made in green and black. I really like it. Can't wait to get it done!

Edit: My second choice for a tattoo: I like this one, but I might have all the stars green instead of green and red...

I have a celtic trefoil on the inside of my right calf just above my ankle. I was lucky and had it done by a really good artist so it still looks really nice 7 years later. I want to get more done too, I have the designs picked out but I want to go back to the same place to have it done.
It's no bad thing to wait anyway until you're absolutely positively 110% sure it's what you want done.

Oh it's definately what I want done. I only recently decided on the design, but I've wanted it on my arm for about 6 years!
I just don't see the point of having one on my back because I want to be able to see what I paid for! Besides I rarely show flesh, so having it on my stomach, back or legs is silly cos I'd have wasted my money!
LOL I just can't stand it when people have to pull their clothes into compromising positions just to show you a tattoo they spent £100 on!

See I couldn't have them on exposed parts of my body because of my job so for me it's ones that cover up or not at all. The one on my leg is there for me not to show off anyway, as would any others I have done. Like my navel piercing, I had it done for me, I never ever show off my midriff. I suppose it depends on you as a person.

I get that. I have to be careful of my job too, cos I can get in trouble for stuff like that cos it's a "prestige company". I'm having it done for me, as you had your naval done for you, however, I would like other people to see it aswell, without me having to take me top off or god forbid me trousers!

haha I know what you mean but the reason I want one on my groin is so that if I need to it can be hidden, for work and the like and also like you said its for me nobody else. I suppose I have quite random places picked out though-I want one on the back of my neck too!? lol
My friend has nine tattoos which include both hands-shes ok coz where she works it doesnt matter but tis risky coz most places won't give you a job if you have tattoos like that!

ooh I've always quite fancied one on the back of my neck too, it's quite discrete. A lot of tattoo parlours wont tattoo hands and feet. I'm not sure why...maybe it is becase of the covering up issue. I know that it can be very painful too.

Yeah I think it is cos of the covering thing - not many people need to wear gloves to work! They're the same about faces. With your back you can just walk in and have it done, but permanently open places they're like "well.... come back in a month" and stuff.
