Hehe that would be cool! By the way, I have to know: When I said: In an earlier post in this thread, was anyone else offended? Because we all know that some members of that forum post nothing but threads like this: A member of this board (I won't say who) has said that partly because of that comment they're going to delete their whole account from the forum - and they actually have. OBVIOUSLY I wasn't implying any of you lot post like that, you've got more sense! It's just a fact that the Sky One board is like that because there are no rules and it's unsupervised, so they're bound to get the odd few who write like that  I went on there just now and found at least three "I'm bored... anyone here?" messages practically right next to each other! And there is an insane amount of "I'm going to bed now, good night" which is more redundant than I care to mention. There are some good discussions on the board obviously, but I've always been proud of the fact that this forum has NEVER had any trouble with posters that couldn't be dealt with by simply moving the thread to the correct forum. Sorry to babble, but it really bugged me that this user got so angry over a figure of speech! |

I didnt see it as offensive at all. I knew exactly what you meant and it wasn't in attacking mode either! As you said the SkyOne board's lack of moderation/supervision is likely to result in pointless threads that we/the board have fortunately never been subject to. If someone has been *that* offended by that comment and deleted their whole account as a result well............ |

That situation is pretty much sorted now, which is cool.
twas a bit of a misunderstanding on their part so I went over the Sky One forum to explain things and asked them to feel free to come back, because they are a valued member - and a long running one at that!
I'm glad that we have the intelligent (if a li'l weird lol) discussions that we all do, because even if I didn't own this board, I'd like coming here - it's not like this because I own the board, it's like it cos of the people that come here, which I've always been grateful of!

this is the first (and well only...) forum I joined and as you can tell I obviously love it here! And I speak to some members away from the board too which is cool, tis a great place to be Kneetroll ;D ;D
