I am working from 4-6 (how sick is that? In the school holidays as well 
) then I'm going out club trawling with some friends, sinces its Halloween and most of the good ones let anyone in before 10. I'm dragging everyone to the only gay bar in the entire island. My excuse for entering? "I really want to see the carpet on the walls". 
Which is an entirely legitimate excuse, but the Cosmo is also the only way to get on the scene over here, since it's one of those places where everyone knows all your secrets, it's kept pretty hush hush who's gay, making it impossible to make friends of the same orientation. I know I'm going as a mafia gangster now, I've bought myself a nice little black trilby, I know a fair amount of the language and I have a black suit for school so its a simple costume. I just hope my nice but ditzy friend doesn't actually wear her PVC nurses outfit...
