Did anyone else see the first episode of The Time of Your Life? Jemima only appeared briefly, but it's likely that her role will be expanded in later episodes. Meanwhile, Anna Wilson-Jones has bagged herself a major role as the best friend of the main character. She also seems to have drawn the show's nudity card.

It was pretty good, some excellent casting I thought. Nice to see Anna Wilson-Jones with so much to do.
I'm not sure Jemima has that big of a role in it though; she's not mentioned in the press pack beyond episode [highlight for spoiler] four.
Edited because that snippet, even paraphrased, was probably a little too spoilery for a public board.

Jemima's episode of Midsomer Murders, 'The Straw Woman', is being repeated yet again next Friday, 24th August at 8.30pm on ITV1.

Due to the sensory overload of Christmas, I've only just noticed that the made-for-television version of The Railway Children, starring Jemima and Young Dracula's Clare Thomas, has been part of ITV's holiday schedules. It was shown on ITV1 on Boxing Day, and on ITV3 earlier today (29/12/08). It's being repeated on ITV3 tomorrow (30/12/08) at 08:30.

Gazing at my TV listings magazine, I've only just noticed that Jemima Rooper was a guest on Channel 4's 09:30 show Sunday Brunch this morning (27th April 2014). Bugger. Missed it.

I didn't watch BBC1's recently-concluded six-part primetime drama series Gold Digger, so have only just found out that Jemima Rooper had a key role throughout the series, playing the central character's daughter. The BBC clearly hoped that Gold Digger would be 2019's Doctor Foster, but as far as I can ascertain, Gold Digger failed to become must-see 'water-cooler television' in the way that Doctor Foster did, despite both shows belonging to the 'all men are completely untrustworthy, lying, cheating scum' genre of television drama.
