Holliday Grainger appears in Channel Four's epic new four-part drama Any Human Heart, which begins tonight (21/11/10) at 21:00.
Adapted by William Boyd from his own novel, the series tells the story of author Logan Mountstuart (played at different points of his life by Sam Claflin, Matthew Macfadyen and Jim Broadbent) as he passes through many of the key events of the 20th century. Holliday plays one of the many women who feature in Mountstuart's life. Other cast members include Gillian Anderson (as Wallis Simpson), Kim Cattrall, Hayley Atwell and Tom Hollander.

British actress Holliday Grainger has leapfrogged over star names to take the part of Lucrezia Borgia in an epic television drama about the ruthless family who ruled Renaissance Italy. The 21-year-old Mancunian will play opposite Jeremy Irons and Derek Jacobi in the ten-part series The Borgias. Earlier today I saw a TV commercial for the Sky Atlantic channel, which showed The Borgias as one of the upcoming series they'll be screening.

Within the past month, Holliday Grainger has won the role of Estella in Mike Newell's film adaptation of 'Great Expectations'. This is certain to open more doors for her in Hoillywood.

The Borgias begins on Sky Atlantic on Saturday 6th August 2011, at 21:00. ] The Borgias begins on Sky Atlantic this coming Saturday (13th August 2011) at 21:00, with a double bill of episodes. There's a two page feature about the series in the current issue of Total TV Guide, complete with a lovely large photo of Holliday (whom the article describes as ' Demons star Holliday Grainger') in character as Lucrezia Borgia. The feature contains brief interviews with Holliday, Jeremy Irons, and David Oakes (who plays Lucrezia's brother Juan).

The latest movie adaptation of Jane Eyre opens nationwide in UK cinemas today (09/09/11) with Michael Fassbender as Rochester. However, I've only just discovered that Holliday Grainger is also in the film, playing Diana Rivers.

I didn't watch the TV coverage of this year's BAFTA Film Awards (which took place on 12/02/12), and have only just read that Holliday Grainger presented the Short Film award.
