I got this Saturday morning, and as an Eminem Fan, I actually quite like it. Might not be as good as his other albums; but there is some good stuff. Like Toy Soldiers is to this album what Sing For The Moment was to his last album.
But there is one track I can't listen all the way through. My 1st Single has a stupid clapping sample which may be a camera lens all the way through it which is so annoying. Evil Deeds Just doesn't seem to be a great 'start' unlike My Name Is, Kill You or White America.
Mosh is brilliant, and I've taken a liking to Mockingbird.
Any more Em fans here listen to this yet?

i've listened to it! i really like this album, actually prefer it to all but The Eminem Show. but i think thats because its darker, more serious you know? the others were a bit more funny mucking around ones. not sure if i've explained that well..
i love Toy soldiers its such a tune, and i agree Mosh is wicked. i love the video for that too, its just really good - almost as cool as Linkin Park's Breaking the Habit vid. i have to say Mockingbird always makes me smile, its kinda sweet
i know which bit you mean in 1st Single but i really like that track, though that could just be because i really like the bit about Britney and Justin - makes me laugh every time

I'm a casual Eminem fan, tend to end up downloading the singles haha, but never actually bought any of his albums...oh well...I'm pretty tight with my money actually, I'm sure I do a bit of harm to the music industry but oh well. But yeah, I love Like Toy Soldiers  My grandma thought Just Lose It was hilarious when I had it playing in the car one time haha |

I really like eminems new stuff. I havent bought the album, but all of the singles he's released so far are awesome. Love mockingbird, its really sweet Theres this song called yellow brick road I downloaded, I think thats on the album, thats awesome. I usually hate rap but I really like eminem, because his lyrics actually mean stuff and he sounds very unique from all the black rappers. |

I'm a casual Eminem listener. I'll dance to it in a club, I'll hum along with the radio, however, I prefer his funnier songs!  He's way to disturbing when he's serious lmao |

His earlier albums are a lot more in-your-face and immature with his graphic descriptions of violence and more abstract lyrical style. His second album he grew up a bit, and his rap voice wasn't isn't as high as it was.
I've listened to the failed album Infinite, before he was found by Dre (1996) and his rap voice is really high, the songs are okay...but the music is a bit naff...
Shortness: I'm a die-hard Em fan.
And how long it take for someone to reply in this thread? FIVE MONTHS?
