Okay, it's Sunday, I've just finished Dinner and it's 4:30... we just had this woman come to the door trying to sell Beauty Products! I just said "it's Sunday, please go away" and shut the door on her. It annoys me cos a) it's Sunday and b) she had no ID, no proof of what she was selling and she had her handbag and a bunch of shopping bags with her! I looked out of the window after she'd gone and she didn't even go to anyone elses house, she just got in a car that came to pick her up and drove off! I'm guessing this was her husband and she'd bought some products at wholesale price and was trying to flog them. Okay, perhaps slamming the door in her face may have been rude, but I've had it with these money grabbing bastards (pardon the french) calling up 10 or more times a day and then bothering you on your doorstep on a Sunday. Someone should tell these people it's against the law to be doing that on a sunday. Rant over.  |

Hmm, odd.
On a similar whim, does anybody find it annoying when companys like orange employ people who can barely speak english to phone you up? That happened to me and this guy sounded like he was speaking total gibberish...I was just like, "Umm...mam! phone"

oh I hate that. That and when I'm away on holiday or something and I get back to like 7 messages from the same company.
I hate it when businesses phone on a sunday though it is rude.

We had some random company call our work the other day on a mobile phone scam on a premium number...was quite funny actually! All the phones in the whole office were ringing one after the other and some nervous wreck called Bob was on the end! ;D

I don't mean to sound racist here, so if anyone takes offence then have a rant and get it over with, but alot of asians (since Sunday isn't their day of rest) don't seem to care. They think because they'll happily work 15 hours a day 7 days a week for a quick buck, everyone's willing to stand there and let them. |

I also hate it when your talking to foreign people in full english, then suddenly they'll start talking to someone else in a foreign language...its so rude when you know they can speak perfect english |
