Okay,
I've decided I'm utterly bored with my music collection so what I'm proposing is that each of you recommend a song or two me and I shall dutifly download it and listen...and I shall put them all together in a happy little Hexen CD. hehe
Pointless but it'll amuse me.
The only rules are....no pop songs or R & B because I won't bother...I just really don't like that music. But think carefully about songs that I might never have heard before or you think are especially brilliant AND you have to tell me why you're recommending them.

Muse. Anything by Muse. Because... Matt Bellamy just justifies that choice enough for me.
Placebo - Every Me and Every You: I Just love this song, especially the lines "...Carve your name into my arm/Instead of stressed I lie here charmed..." Pure Morning by Placebo is quite good, too.
Smashing Pumpkins - Today: I just watched the video on Kerrang and loved it. The song just makes me relax.

heh I have pretty much all these songs already. I have more or less all of Muses' back catalogue  but none the less I shall stick them all on my CD. Give me some more unusual tracks. |

Tatu by Majandra (Majandra Delfino, but usually just "Majandra" for her music...so seach for that.) In fact any of the songs from her album are good, but this is the best....its very odd, and she has an unusual voice. "My psychotic vengeance is on a killing spree, my neurotic tendance is just about to set me free. I think of little excuses of how I can get to you, I conjur up things that are abusive and how I'll be doing them to you." Tis a good song (Album includes "Ski-Ming", "Bruises", "Oil + Water", "Siren", "Tatu" and "Hell + Bliss", anything else you might find is probably from her time on Roswell when they made her sing in the episodes, so not really that interesting.....but if you can find "Le Prince Bleu" that's an amazing song, and I will demand to steal it from you haha) Also anything by Lacuna Coil is worth a look, they're the less commercialised answer to Evanescence haha (they were around first...) |

It is indeed. Her album is great. You a Roswell fan? Its probably the only cancelled show that I still actively miss on a regular basis...the dvds saved my life haha. Just had another thought, a German song called 'Brennende Liebe' by Oomph Ft. L'âme Immortelle, very good song!! Check it out |
