Sorry, just venting. On ebay I had a perfect 100% positive feedback rating, which I rated myself highly on. I always pay for items the second I buy them and deliver items the day they're ordered from me.
Now, I have 97% because of some moron faced idiot.
Basically, NINETEEN days ago, I won a top that with FIRST CLASS postage came to about £3. Now, I'm patient, I wait for a week and then write to them asking polietly when I should expect to be receiving my item.
I get nothing again for about another week so I write back, this time a little more stern saying that I don't like putting negative feedback for people, but if I don't recieve my item, I may well have to.
Lo and behold they wrote back claiming to have sent the item the day after I bought it (lie) and that they'd sent me two e-mails so far (lie) and that I just hadn't got them (lie).
I'll tell you why this is a lie: When you said a message through e-bay, it goes to your inbox, but just incase your e-mail spam filter blocks it or whatever, it sends you a message directly on e-bay.
I had absolutely no messages from them, apart from that one.
I write back, politely asking for some details of postage so I can check it was sent, etc, etc - shocking. No more e-mails.
So I ask them after EIGHTEEN DAYS of waiting for my item if they don't contact me or refund my money I'll leave negative feedback. No contact AGAIN, so on day nineteen I did.
I mean come on people, I pay over £2 postage for a tiny vest top that'd barely cost a £1 to send and it takes them almost three weeks to do anything about it?!
So because they're bitter, they left ME negative feedback saying I was abusive and IMPATIENT!!! I couldn't believe it!
How am I impatient for waiting nineteen days for an item with only one measly e-mail and no offer for a refund!? I contacted them saying if they refunded my money in full and withdrew their feedback I'd leave it be and withdraw mine, but we'll see...
