what is worse with American Gothic is that it doesn't even look like it's getting a DVD release anytime soon. *sniff*

I'm currently watching on episode five of Season Two (I'm watching all six episodes now) and MY GOD...it rules. I was never the big supporter of the first major episodes (conclusion: crap) but when Jack appears the stories begin to show more complexity, more depth and move away from the formulaeic plodding of the first half of the first season.

You know it was always one of those shows I never got around to viewing! It just didn't look very good

I agree Jack did liven the show up when he came along it wasn't all that bad before he was introduced but it was getting a bit samey!

The introduction of Jack was pivotal to the series but alas too little too late. I did watch the whole series though add I'd like to see series 2. I was very much like omg-it's-brandon-from-beverley-hills-90210 when Jason Priestley turned up! LOL

Series Two is tighter, more intelligent, unpredictable and feels like a completely different show.
