Righty-o I've chosen August because it's the best time for me to organise stuff, however if there are any dates that people absolutely cannot do, (for example I have a wedding to go to on Saturday 5th) post below so I can try and figure out the one that most people can come to.

for me the later the better cos of a) my holiday and money etc and b) more time to prepare and if needed, book a Friday off work in case I need to travel!

Apart from the days around August 16th, because that's my mum's birthday and we'll probably be off to Scotland for a week or a few days it should be cool...as long as it doesn't clash with another meet-up I'm going to, but we don't have a date for that yet so it should be okay for me!
