My Little Eye.....Ending?

Ok has any one seen this film...My Little Eye....about a group of five people in a remote house that are under constant watch via the internet and they have to stay in the house to win a million dollars?

Well if anyone has seen it can they please tell me what happened in the end? I taped it and my video recorder cut off at the most crucial moment. The last survivor of the group, Emma, had just got in a police car and the cop had gone in the house to find the other guy.....thats when it cut off.

so i don't know what the whole point of it was and who was behind it all.

If anyone can tell me that would be flabtastic....if not then i have sooooooo wasted a thread hehehe

Okay, it's been a long time since I saw My Little Eye and my memory's a little hazy, but as far as I can recall, this is how it ends (Spoiler font): the entire 'reality show' scenario was fake. There was no worldwide internet audience and no million dollar prize money. It was actually just a front for an elaborate voyeuristic/snuff scheme. The purpose for this is never really explained, but it's hinted that the organisers (whose identities are never revealed) have been charging a select group of wealthy and sick customers a small fortune to watch the inhabitants of the house for several months, just so they can eventually see them die (it's possible they're also taking bets as to who will live longest once the killing starts). The cop isn't a real policeman. He's in the employ of the organisers, and has turned up to make sure there are no survivors, and also to silence the assassin who was sent in (a double cross - presumably the organisers wanted to avoid paying him, or considered him unreliable and prone to talk). The cop kills both the guy in the house and then Emma. The film ends with one of the girls (can't remember which one) slowly dying directly in front of one of the webcams.

Fenris you are an absoloute star I kinda had a feeling that the....cop was in on it to but i thought Emma might escape, ah well thats put my mind at rest anyway...Thanks very much ;D
