International Text Message Code?

Hi,
I know this has nothing to do with Hex but was wondering if anyone could help pleaseeee.

I have been sent a txt on my old phone but need to reply to the message but it has come though +3434.... , anyone any idea's what this would be changed to so you can call the number?.

It is poss Italy code or Majorca?

E.g UK txt comes though +44... so you change it too 07...( then rest of number).

Please if anyone any idea's let me know

By and large, you would replace the + with 00, which is the access code for the UK, then dial the rest of the number after.
