Thanks, praying it will go OK! I'm a bit of an insomniac too , I generally just rely on increasing amounts of Nytol because the docs round here suck

I do manage to sleep..at around five in the mornin when the flippin birds begin to chirp..which is OK when I'm jobless like right now, but still annoying. Good luck with the pills! Also...home-made???

*Makes note to find herself a friend who is a chemist*. I never seem to pass out or anything, even though I only get a few hours...I tend to wake early. Sure it will catch up with me in a few years though !

I have an excellent cure for insomnia...become a teacher! Seriously though I suffer from insomnia really badly when I don't have routine or if I'm not up and doing things....teaching normally takes care of it. I'm happy because it's half term, school finished today.

Tituscrow... if it's making you pass out for that long you might wanna stop taking them before you wind up in a coma!

seraphs right i pass out due to lack of sleep over a prolonged period of time not due to the meds, it only happens once every month or two but its really annoying if i've planned a night out and my doc says its not good but all he can do is give me stronger sleeping aids (that dont work)
thanks for the idea DD but i would probably end up throttlin them, i know how arrogant kids are these days and i get annoyed just by them trying to bump into me as they walk past let alone sitting in classroom for 45mins an hour with them lol!!! but thank you for the idea though, appreciate it

I'm not a kiddy person at all...I love animals but children actually scare me.

True...also they cant answer you back (although my dogs face is so expressive you'd wonder sometimes) and they dont abandon you when they get older (unless you're mean to them). Plus soooooooooo much easier to understand, kids get in a snit about anything, but as long as you feed and cuddle them they are happy bunnies...although I suppose some cats can be a bit mental too.
